Delivery Times & Rates

Due to the size of the items, we use an oversized goods specialist courier company to send all our goods from our warehouse in Nottingham, UK.

Shipping to Mainland UK (excluding anything north of Dundee in Scotland) typically takes 2-6 working days and costs £69.

Shipping to The Scottish Highlands and anything north of Dundee (excluding any islands) typically takes 4-10 working days and costs £119.

Shipping to Northern Ireland typically takes 4-10 working days and costs £169.

If you live in any other country or area in the UK that isn't listed, then please contact us and we'll be happy to send you a custom quote after getting a price from our delivery company. You also have the option of arranging delivery yourself if you feel you could get a cheaper price! Please take into account that you will need to pay import duty to get the RoofBunk to you too if you live outside of the UK, which can vary between 5% and 12% depending on which country you are shipping to.

We also offer free local pickups everyday from 08:00 until 23:00 at our Nottingham warehouse if this is a better option for you. Just make sure you select "Pick up" during the checkout process and we'll email you after payment has been made to arrange a date/time that suits everyone!

If you're looking to come and pay via cash on collection or with a bank transfer, then please let us know before you come so we can arrange it, as it may clash with other collections we already have booked in.

We'd be more than happy to help you install it for free too if you would rather collect it and already have roof bars fitted!

Additional Information

The package is very large, so please be prepared to help the driver unload it. Make sure you have a place ready to store your RoofBunk or alternatively, put it straight on your vehicle!

Please check the condition of the packaging before accepting the delivery. If there is visible damage to the RoofBunk itself, take pictures and refuse the delivery. Notify us immediately so we can make a claim against the delivery company and we’ll send you a fresh one straight away.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you change your mind, you can return your RoofBunk to us for a full refund.

Your RoofBunk must be in its original packaging and in an unused condition and it must be within 30 days of purchase. We will advise you on how to return it for the best price possible, but unfortunately you will be responsible for arranging and covering the costs of sending it back to our warehouse in Nottingham, UK.

Refunds can take 3-5 business days after receipt of the product and is based on the condition of the product after full inspection.
